Urgent Hiring: Safety Officer
✅ Job Requirements
Education:
- 3-Year Technical Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or related field
Certifications:
- NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety) – Mandatory
Experience:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in the safety field
- Experience can be from the UAE or home country
- Previous experience in construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, or industrial sectors is an advantage
Language:
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Must be currently residing in the UAE
- Must be available to attend face-to-face interviews
- Familiar with UAE Labor Law and HSE regulations is a plus
- Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
- Monitor and enforce safety compliance at the project/site level
- Identify and correct unsafe work practices or conditions immediately
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety drills, and HSE training sessions
- Prepare reports and maintain safety documentation
- Liaise with supervisors and project managers to ensure proper implementation of safety policies
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards
