Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in storekeeping/spare parts/materials management, preferably in the construction industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, organize, and maintain inventory of construction materials, spare parts, machinery components, fittings, hoses, instrumentation etc.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials/spare parts for quality, completeness & compliance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for timely delivery.
  • Control issuance and movement of items from the store to sites/projects.
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of stock levels; perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, labeling, and organization of stock to avoid damage or loss.
  • Maintain safe, clean, and secure storage facilities in compliance with company policy and safety regulations.
  • Produce regular inventory reports, forecasts, and recommend re‑order quantities.
  • Coordinate third‑party inspections when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bleacher degree minimum; vocational/technical certificate in logistics, supply chain or related field is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of spare parts for light and heavy vehicles (if applicable). Experience with specialized equipment, e.g. asphalt batch plant spare parts is a plus.
  • Strong inventory management skills; familiarity with inventory software/systems.
  • Good organizational, planning, communication skills. Able to work under pressure and multi‑task.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken & written); knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in construction environment, possibly multiple sites.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic salary: To be discussed in interview (market‐based).
  • Additional allowances/benefits may include: food, accommodation, transportation, overtime if applicable.
