Key Responsibilities

Clerk:

  • Maintain filing systems and records accurately
  • Prepare and process documents, forms, and correspondence
  • Handle data entry and ensure data accuracy
  • Assist with office administrative tasks as needed
  • Support other departments with clerical duties

Admin Assistant:

  • Provide administrative support to management and departments
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies and communicate with vendors
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining budgets and records

Requirements

Clerk:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar clerical role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Admin Assistant:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative assistance or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
