Key Responsibilities
Clerk:
- Maintain filing systems and records accurately
- Prepare and process documents, forms, and correspondence
- Handle data entry and ensure data accuracy
- Assist with office administrative tasks as needed
- Support other departments with clerical duties
Admin Assistant:
- Provide administrative support to management and departments
- Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and communicate with vendors
- Assist in preparing and maintaining budgets and records
Requirements
Clerk:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar clerical role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Admin Assistant:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative assistance or a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
