Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Accountant to join our team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and related accounting functions. This role requires strong analytical skills, confidentiality, and a solid understanding of Saudi labor laws and payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process employee payroll accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and GOSI regulations
- Maintain payroll records and reports
- Handle employee salary inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for payroll-related data
- Calculate and process end-of-service benefits, bonuses, and deductions
- Generate monthly payroll reports for management
- Ensure proper tax and zakat deductions are applied
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Payroll Accountant
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and MS Excel
- Familiarity with Saudi payroll regulations and GOSI
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
