🧑💼 Position Details:
- Job Title: Safety Officer

- Number of Positions: 3
- Employment Type: Full-Time

📝 Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily work activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
- Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions immediately.
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions to site personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, near-misses, and safety violations.
- Ensure the proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols.
- Support incident investigations and prepare detailed reports.
- Liaise with project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors to improve site safety culture.
✅ Candidate Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if certified).
- Valid NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certifications.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in safety roles, preferably within construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong observation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in diverse site environments.
- Proficiency in preparing safety documentation and incident reports.
