⏰ Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the QHSE management system.
- Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.) and Saudi regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Deliver QHSE training to employees and suppliers.
- Provide expert advice on health & safety topics to teams and management.
- Enforce preventive measures and intervene in unsafe practices.
- Prepare incident reports and present statistical data to management.
- Lead investigations into workplace accidents to identify root causes.
- Participate in emergency responses (medical, fire, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with site supervisors to ensure safety compliance.
🎓 Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Mandatory Certifications: NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA.
- Experience: 5–7 years in HSE roles with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Preferred Background: Prior experience in soft services or facilities management is a plus.
